• Fire Resistance Insulation

  The standard door leaf is constructed of fire resistance Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation material with foam density 40kg/m3. Covered on both sides with 0.5mm PPGI steel flat sheet with polyester coating RAL 9002.

  
• Double gasket with thermal break

  Doors gasket is EPDM type, with double rubber seals regardless the door type freezer or chilled application which resulting of 100 % sealed door.

  
• Industrial external Handle with catcher and internal handle

  Heavy duty handles i.e external Heavy duty Aluminum with lever catcher and internal heavy duty stainless steel puller for longer durability.

  
• Rail Cover

  The doors are executed with a drop / lift rail system supplied with concealed dust cover.

  
• Bottom Corner And Bottom Guider Details

  All fixing accessories for the door leaf and frame are stainless steel.

  
• Floor Threshold Heater

  The floor Threshold heater can be double circuit heating cable with sensor and thermostat or with heavy duty Standard or sliding dowel construction.
